1.1 All flowers are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality and we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible. Picture of the product shall be sent thru email for approval.
1.2 Because of the perishable nature of many products any complaint on the quality shall be attend 6 hours from the time of receiving the order. Status of the complaint will be relayed to the complainant immediately after a thorough investigation has been made.
1.3 We guarantee days of freshness for your flowers, plants or associated items from the date of delivery. If any flowers arrive damaged, die or wilt within the same day of delivery you should take a digital photograph of them and email it to info@worood.com or take the flowers to any Worood branch that delivered them and we will replace the flowers and deliver them to you free of charge.
1.4 We shall not be responsible for any loss and/ or damage of any item handed over by the customer for delivery along with our Flowers.
1.5 Any breakage which is a customer’s belonging shall be compensated with AED 200.00.
1.6 We make sure that all our products are in good quality and condition.
1.7 In case the recipient refuses to accept the flower delivery, Worood shall not be held liable for any refund to the
customer. In this event, the sender may collect the flower for himself/ herself.
1.8 We ensure client’s details confidentiality at all times.
1.9 Cable charges (100 AED)apply to International Orders and are non-refundable.
1.10 Any image requested for International Order has a corresponding fee of AED 50.00.
1.11 For International Orders, we don’t guarantee “Same Day Delivery”


2.1 We guarantee “Same Day Delivery” for in Dubai. In very occasional circumstances, delivery on the requested terms will not be possible especially during holidays or peak times; we will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address you give to us for delivery at the time you make your order. We cannot guarantee when any item will be dispatched and we are unable to specify a time for delivery especially during peak times. For Outside Dubai Delivery change of time or delay of (2 hours) can happen due to different circumstances (Traffic, accident etc)

*Please be inform that due to delivery restriction implemented by the authorities on the boarders on different Emirates there might be delays on delivery other and conditions beyond our control can occasionally disrupt our service. We continues to operate a regular service, however, there may be potential delays in service depend on the restrictions on that particular Emirates. Any concerns on the delivery will be coordinated by our agent on both customers (Sender and Recipient) otherwise customer can cancel and have a refund on their orders.
2.2 All orders will require a Printed Name over Signature on delivery. This will apply in the case of delivery of certain Products or to certain locations where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, Funeral Directors, airports, hotels, ships andother business locations. The signature of any person authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the organization shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
2.3 You will become the owner of the Products you have ordered when they have been delivered to you or the representative ofthe recipient. Once Products have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for theirloss or destruction.
2.4 Neither we nor any of the delivery drivers shall be held liable for any failure to perform, where such failure or delay resultsfrom any circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to any fire, flood, explosion, accident,adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, government act, or from any industrial dispute or strike whatsoever.
2.5 If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the sender may collect the products from the branch where the order had been placed. We can, however, do second delivery but with a minimum fee of AED 100.00 in any part of Dubai.
2.6 Deliveries outside Dubai are charged separately.

2.7 Please ensure that you enter full and accurate details, including the address of the recipient. We will not be responsible for any orders which are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information being supplied.


3.1 We accept payment by cash, credit, and debit card by affiliated banks.
3.2 Delivery Drivers may in various circumstances, collect payments upon delivery of the products either by cash, debit, or credit card.
3.3 No refund except in cases where delivery service is restricted. Credit note will be given if the order is cancelled by the client.
3.4 No return and exchange to perishables.
