Orders for Delivery outside the UAE
Unless otherwise specified the materials on this website are directed for delivery only within the UAE. We do not represent that any item referred on this website is appropriate for use or available in locations outside the UAE. If you choose to access this website from locations outside the Dubai area you are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws shall apply.
If an arrangement is shown with a vase then the price includes the vase. Certain flower and plant products may be delivered in bud form to ensure longer life.
Colors, Specifications and Dimensions of Products
We have made every effort to display the colors, specifications and dimensions of items on the website as accurately as possible. The colors you see will depend on the resolution of your monitor; we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will reflect accurately the color of the item delivered. We may from time to time vary the dimensions, specifications and quantities of items displayed on our website without prior notice. For example, the bouquets are subject to seasonal availability of flowers.
All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute the product with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
The exact accessory shown on the product image is not guaranteed and depends upon availability. The gift will not change but the accessory may vary in color, shape, etc. If a substitution is required one of equal value & style will be substituted in its place.
To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details and telephone number, together with your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
If the recipient is not at the delivery address during delivery, we use our best judgment on the safety of the delivery, and will leave the flowers and/or hampers and/or gift items on the doorstep or leave a door tag and/or a voice mail, asking the recipient to coordinate pickup or delivery. In any case, we will make our best effort to get your flowers and/or hampers and/or gift items delivered to their intended recipients.
We will make every effort to deliver the floral arrangement and/or gift baskets on the requested day. Unfortunately, due to various circumstances, we are unable to guarantee a delivery time.
We will email you a delivery confirmation, to keep you updated about your order.
We will make every attempt to do the delivery without contacting the recipient. However, if we are experiencing difficulties with the delivery we may have to contact them.
We accept payment by Visa and Master card and any other credit and/or debit cards as we may specify from time to time.
We cannot accept orders from customers under the age of eighteen (18) years. you may use this website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Changes & Cancellations
If there are any changes to your order such as delivery date, delivery location, card message, etc., please email any changes to email@example.com referencing your order number and the changes you wish to make.
For a full 100% refund, you must process the cancellation 48 hr prior to the delivery. If your order has already been dispatched you will be charged for the delivery.
To register with the service you must be over eighteen years of age.
When you register with the Service you will be required to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us immediately. Should you forget your password, use the forgot password option.
