Delivery Information

  • A majority of our orders are delivered on time as per the time slot selected. This is not met in very rare cases where the situation is beyond our control viz., traffic congestion enroute, remote address for delivery, etc.
  • Since flowers are perishable in nature, attempt for delivery would be done only once.
  • Flowers may be delivered in fully bloomed, semi-bloomed or bud stage.
  • The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address once the order is prepared for delivery.
  • Although we try not to, occasionally substitution of flowers are done due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.

Care Instructions

  • Don’t place the flower arrangement under direct sunlight or near any other source of excessive heat.
  • It should also not be placed under a fan.
  • If any petal gets damaged, then remove it from the flower.
  • Please change the water whenever required.
  • All the flowers benefit from a daily mist of water.
  • Enjoy your flowers!

Shipping & Delivery
If ordered before 7pm, the item can be delivered on the same day to Dubai, Sharjah, & Ajman UAE and ordered before 1pm for Abu Dhabi, Umm Al Quaim, Al Ain, Fujaira & Ras Al Khaima same day delivery. For orders placed thereafter, orders can be delivered next-day. All orders are delivered via Intraflora's temperature-controlled delivery vans.
