Our deliveries are delivered in Dubai and surrounding areas, Saturday to Thursday inclusive (except public holidays). Our Delivery service is complemented by Interflora® which allows us to deliver to most areas World-wide, except where in some areas there may not be an Interflora® agent.

All items are subject to availability, and also being in season, and in such cases we reserve the right to substitute as necessary.

Intraflora guarantees that every order personally delivered by us will be in good condition and good quality and to the full value of the full retail value at the time of year. Any complaint should be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt of product, at which point we will rectify the problem as required.

What is the earliest date of delivery?

What will happens after placing the order?

When you place the order you will see a thank you page which have order number. This serves as a receipt.

You will receive an order confirmation through email with order number and we will update each stage process through email. You can also track your status of your order by entering your order number at the Customer Service page.

What are the delivery charges in the UAE

There is no Delivery charge in Dubai.

Delivery charge for other Emirates in UAE as follows:

Ajman AED 60, Sharjah AED 60, Umm AL Quain AED 60, Abu dhabi AED 70, Al Ain AED 70, Fujairah AED 70,Ras Al Khaima AED 70.

Order Changes

Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery. If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any other orders, simply call our Customer Service Department.

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
